Types of Massages that we have to offer!

Deep Tissue - A technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue and trigger points. Deep pressure is used with the intent to release chronic patterns of tension in the body. You will feel a boost of energy, less tension and move throughout your day pain free.

Swedish - This is a great technique for a first time massage. Long fluid stokes and circular motions are used to induce a state of relaxation by increasing the levels of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins and improving circulation while easing muscle tension. Sports - Addresses specific muscle groups using a variety of massage strokes and pressure. Stretching techniques are used to increase flexibility, promote relaxation, and decrease recovery time. Sports massages help prevent injuries and promote optimal performance. You will feel a decrease in muscle tightness, soreness and pain.

Body Stretch- Head to toe assisted stretching to help increase flexibility, mobility and overall improve muscle function.
